History

We are a Specialty Coffee Roastery located in Syracuse, NY. Being coffee lovers ourselves, we are passionate about drinking coffee that is full of flavor, never bitter or sour. The beans that we have selected have been sample roasted and taste tested by us to find the roast that makes every sip you enjoy the very best. We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure freshness and each cup you drink is delightful.

Our desire is to roast small single origin coffee batches supplying superior fresh coffee to individuals and wholesale to businesses locally in the CNY area, we will also ship anywhere upon your request. Raw Beans rotate through our inventory based on harvest and quality scores. Retail bag size is 12oz Wholesale is packaged based on Client request We all so produce Cold Brew Coffee which is produced in small custom batches; we offer a variety of bottle sizes (750ml, 32oz, & 64oz) or bring your own growlers to our Manlius Location and we will fill for you - large batches (2.5 or 5 gallons) are available for events or wholesale. Custom roasting is available upon request and pick up can be arranged.
