The DeBruce

Nestled in New York’s western Catskills just outside the town of Livingston Manor, the 14-room lodge is a magical destination for the outdoor experience seeker with a culinary program unlike anything available in the area. Located within the Catskill Park itself and perched just above the Willowemoc River, The DeBruce is a gateway to the outdoors with access to over 600 acres of private land, including two mountains and an eventual 30-mile trail system. Our Dining Room is open 7 days a week offering a fixed tasting menu. Please inquire for our current offerings and pricing. Reservations required. Sunday through Friday: 6-9pm, Saturday: Two seatings available, 6:15pm & 9:00pm. Our Club Room is open 7 days a week. No reservations needed for parties of 5 or less. Monday-Thursday: 5:30pm-9pm, Friday: 5:30pm-10:00pm, Saturday: 11am-2:30pm for brunch, 5:30pm-10:00pm for dinner, Sunday: 11am-2:30pm for brunch, 5:30pm-9pm for dinner. Closed Tuesdays during the months of March & April 2019.
