Crafted Drink and Local Fare Located in downtown Syracuse's historic Hanover Square neighborhood, The Evergreen is a pub and restaurant offering a tremendous selection of craft beers and an eclectic menu utilizing locally-sourced ingredients and featuring a number of vegetarian options. We carefully select new beers regularly, buying only 1 keg of each so new, interesting beers are always put on the menu.
