The tea and breakfast are delicious!!! Fabulous quaint little place. Totally recommend it! I will come by again when I'm in Oswego.

Terrible place. It took them 50 mins to make an order for 3. The most ridiculous thing is the coffee was not ready even when the food was done. If I can give them 0 star, I would do that.
