Thirteen provides educational, informational and cultural products and services using media. Thirteen serves viewers in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state area via the public broadcasting service. By combining the power of public television production, Internet, pioneering educational projects and community outreach initiatives, Thirteen provides programs for utilization by television in society. It broadcasts a wide range of programs, such as Inside Trenton, NJN News and Caucus. It also broadcasts various other programs, including the American Masters, Great Performances, Nature and Stage On Screen. Thirteen is headquartered in New York City and also offers cultural enrichment programs and serve the underserved.
