My son recommended Umami as one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Huntington. I ordered the sashimi deluxe and found it very good. Service was good and I would certainly return.

Hands down best in Huntington for sushi (dunno about rah-man). Great value in 'regular' sushi: 8 pieces (including toro) and perfect Cali roll plus salad
