The tailor is good but the establishment is disorganized. They were supposed to deliver my dry cleaning and it never arrived. I went in to pick it up and they couldn't find it. They finally found...

I'd been going to UN Piece Cleaners for 3 years without any issues. Then I got a shirt back that they had stained-- fine, I know things happen, so I went to them and explained what had happened....

They do a great job and provide pick up and delivery. Perhaps more important their equipment is onsite which means they don't send things out to some facility run by people they have no control...

At first, I thought they were a wonderful establishment... until they ruined a pair of expensive suit pants my bf wore maybe twice or three times. They came back chewed up with at least a dozen...
