I treat a diverse patient population that struggles with anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, grief, low self-esteem, role transitions and life changes. It is my goal as a therapist to help my patients gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, emotional reactions, defenses and thought processes, improving not only their self-esteem but their relationships as well. Gaining insight through the therapeutic process is an invaluable experience. It reveals why certain patterns in a person's life repeat themselves and why people make the personal and professional choices that ultimately define them.
