At Upstate Chiropractic and Wellness we believe in taking an evidence based approach to musculoskeletal injuries and pain by incorporating traditional methods of chiropractic care with specific rehabilitative exercise and soft tissue treatment. By taking this integrative approach, we are able to our patients out of pain, while decreasing chance of injury reoccurrence by addressing the underlying causes of their pain. We believe in making our patients active participants in their recovery by giving at home exercises and stretches, as well as postural and ergonomic changes for their activities of daily living.
