No appointment needed and staff was friendly, but price was too high. paid $99 for an oil change and fuel treatment additive and that was after a $10 off coupon. I could have gone to Goodyear...

Friendly staff, good price and NO APPOINTMENTS - normally go to another local place but got tired of appointments sometimes being 2 weeks out. Valvoline has my business from now on!
