5 stars for the customer service. This shop is located in one of the classier areas of NYC, cute spot but the prices are high. A single cone cost 8 dollars.

Ate in 2024: I got a scoop of their honeycomb ice cream, it was alright. I thought nothing really stood out about the flavor.

I really like the Earl gray flavor. It was very sweet for tea flavor. Perfect on a hot day if you're in the west village. Stores usually not busy and the person working was nice.
