Village of Penn Yan

Established in 1926, the Yates County Public Health Department specializes in providing a range of programs pertaining to health issues. Based in Penn Yan, N.Y., it offers an array of programs under three major program areas that includes public health/prevention programs, special children's services and home care services. The department promotes and encourages healthy behaviors and mental health in the community. The Yates County Public Health Department also provides cancer screening, prenatal services, skilled nursing, physical therapy and rabies investigations services.
