The East Fishkill Police Department is a law enforcement agency that works to provide a safe and secure environment for the city residents and businesses. It operates more than 30 sworn officers and civilians. The department maintains a communication center that responds to police calls, dispatches officers and answers emergency and nonemergency calls. The East Fishkill Police Department also conducts several community-based programs, such as School Resource Officers and Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), as well as community lectures. It employs a chief of police and investigation and patrol lieutenants. The department also offers fingerprinting services. The East Fishkill Police Department is located in Hopewell Jct., N.Y.
