They are the WORST!!! My dog cut herself and was bleeding. They turned me away because I couldn't make full payment. They sent me home with a cut and bleeding dog. I take all 7 of my animals...

The front office staff is unorganized and rude - your hair could be on fire and they won't acknowledge that you are standing there waiting to check in. I guess a simple sign in sheet is too much...
