West Side Taekwondo

West Side Taekwondo, established in 1992, is led by Master Paul Lim, a 5th Dan Master Instructor with deep roots in Taekwondo, having begun training in Korea at age five. The school was co-founded by Masters Sung Chul Whang and Jun Chul Whang, who are prominent figures in the martial arts community and have contributed significantly to collegiate Taekwondo programs across the Northeastern U.S.

Masters Whang are not only seasoned instructors but also have extensive experience coaching elite athletes on national and international stages, including the Olympics. Their commitment to Taekwondo and its promotion is evident through their participation in various competitive and academic initiatives over the years.
