Things here went very, VERY downhill after Deep left. Just sayin. I have never in my life had such a poor experience trying to get a new phone. Never even had a poor experience at this place...

Worst place ever. Customer service is absolutely terrible. All I wanted was a phone and for it to work and they simply couldn't execute. Rude, unprofessional and deplorable. Will never be coming...

Only cause I need to leave one star but they are a ZERO. This place is a fraud!! They are not Verizon they pretend to be.....RUN from here. They'll act like they care until you buy something BUT...
