Ethan was such a help. My battery went dead. I was a hot mess. He was personable and quickly changed my battery. Got me back quickly to get ready for the State game!! We need more Ethans in the world!

I went to warranty replace a friend's Duralast tool and the employee seemed very confused, eventually denying my return. Sad that staff don't realize these tools have a lifetime warranty replacement.
