Blythe Construction, a subsidiary of The Hubbard Group, provides specialized construction services for customers, including the City of Charlotte and the Departments of Transportation for North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Its recent projects include: the Raleigh Outerloop in Wake County, N.C; the I-485 Charlotte Outerloop; the Guilford County Greensboro I-85 Bypass; the US 311 Highway in Highpoint, N.C.; Independence Boulevard in Charlotte, N.C.; I-85 in both Spartanburg, S.C., and Georgia's Gwinnett County; and I-385 in Greenville, S.C.
