Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. I love their french fries and burgers, but I hate going to this local Arby's because so many times I end up waiting FAR TOO LONG for FRIES. And the servers are so rude. It's ridiculous. Almost...

Bad customer service, food had no taste. I ordered one of their new Turkey sandwiches and it was awful and they did not give me napkins and I was at the drive thru.

I just had the worst Reuben sandwich there. I get them there a lot but tonight it was awful. The meat was dried and hard, and there was hardly any sauerkraut on it.

I recently went in for the Big Game Burger which is a combo of elk, venison and beef. Wowza!!!!! I wish this was a staple on the menu. It had crispy onions and a bbq type of sauce on it and Swiss...
