Chef Gamer Rawat got his start at Bhukara New Delhi (voted number one Indian restaurant in the world) and worked at Tamarind a top Indian restaurant in New York City. He then ventured to come to Triangle where he began his journey in Saffron in Morrisville, Raaga In Chapel Hill and Mantra in Downtown Raleigh as an Executive chef. The American Culinary Association has ranked him as being an "outstanding achiever in the culinary arts".
