They need more help and better trained personnel including the managers. When it comes to selling,they can do that.....,. Problem solving...,.,. NOT SO MUCH

Just wanted to ask some questions about specials and my service. Guy checked me in and sat there flipping with his iPad saying ummm for 15 min. It should not be this difficult.
