These workers have to be some of the most incompetent employees I've seen. Not much to say other than can't follow basic orders. I asked for a pretzel bites combo (which includes drink and dip)...

Typically has long waits but that's okay because pretzels tend to be fresh. However, hours are incorrect as I'm here now (came just for a pretzel) and they are closed. Maybe they close at 7pm?
