Lack of basic compassion. Y'all scroll down and read the reviews. I was discharged because I got irritated with them not getting filling a basic rx and spoke my mind. Cannot recommend this place less.

They do not return phone calls regarding refills of important prescriptions then blame the client for not calling back (see Google reviews). Horrible customer service.

My Dr retired (Dr Hentz) last year in October 2024 and ask her patients to reach out to Azalea Gynecology which is where all of her patient's records were transferred. So, I reached out in March...
