Hi! My passion for nutrition started at fifteen while working at a health food store. My eyes were opened to how food has such an impact on our bodies. Seeing people improve their lives and overall happiness is a driving force for me. I am a Registered Dietitian with over fifteen years of experience in nutrition counseling and practice. Across my career, I have grown to recognize the effect of our culture on eating mindset. Thus, I am passionate about supporting clients who struggle with disordered eating and eating disorders. My approach is to empower, educate, and support others to nourish themselves. I am eager to help clients build confidence in their relationship with food.
