Worse communication ever. Very disorganized and total waste of time. Was supposed to take an hour. Was there 2 and a half. Scheduled for our presentation virtually but never received a link.
This company makes it so difficult for seniors and families to take and buy their photos. They have automatic add ons that you have to manually take off if you don't want to pay crazy expensive...
I wish I would have an option for zero star. Horrible customer service. No way to order pictures without hassle guaranteed. Spent half a day trying to reach them. No emails sent for forgotten...
