Central Continuing Care

We provide short-term skilled nursing and therapy, as well as extended care for residents who want to make their home with us. We have full-time occupational, speech and physical therapists on staff.

The GrayBrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Trinity, N.C., is a family-owned and operated facility specializing in short- and long-term nursing and rehabilitative services. The center s inpatient therapy services include physical, occupational and speech therapies and it offers 125 licensed nursing private and semiprivate rooms. Its physical therapy professionals assist residents with mobility, balance, positioning and lower extremity functions through progressive resistance exercises and muscle reeducation. The center offers 24-hour care provided by professionally trained nurses. Additionally, it offers private dining sitting, and recreation areas for the resident s family activities. The center offers on-site professional hair care and the facility also provide a residents only smoking lounge.
