Horrible since transferring over from LGFCU....always problems and can't ever get a hold of someone. If you do...often they are very rude and sound miserable.

I've now been on hold for almost 2 hours to speak to a specialist. This is normal. If I needed to visit the bank in person, I would have to drive an hour and 10 mins to get there. SECU done LGFCU...

This cu is a fake!!! No customer service at all, no human service, no returned emails, no returned calls, chat never understands... Just refer to them as LOSERS!!!!
