HistoryI fell in love with photography when I received my first camera, a Polaroid, at the age of 9. Nobody could escape me, not even my loving dog that I would dress from head to toe, uh paw, for picts. Although I always loved photography, I am also inspired by anything I can get my creative hands on. While going to school for Commercial Art, I was deeply fascinated with film, the darkroom and learning computer design programs. Little did I know at the time what the digital world would bring to the table! Now I feel it has all come full circle. I get to freeze a moment in time, and digitally enhance it with a virtual darkroom, then create a work of art either with a real world paint brush, or one that can interpret my strokes. What more can this control freak ask for? So from designing ads and promos, greeting cards and invites, to those super fun senior portraits and family shots, I am ecstatic!
