What I'm I missing? This is literally just soft serve ice cream. They do serve it in some churro like cone, then add all kinds of toppings that you can choose from. One cone cost me $12 bucks...

This place really should not have as many bad reviews as it does. People are being unrealistic. It's a churro cone, of course it might leak a little at the bottom and of course it might get soggy...

They took a perfectly okay soft serve and ruined it with a subpar donut. Worst of both worlds. Wish I would have gotten just the soft serve with some of the fixings they offer.
