The pharmacy here is very well run and the staff is professional and proactive. Are they 100% perfect? No. But I'm not either. But they return all of my communications and have been very helpful....

The automated system will not allow you to speak to a real person. CVS cannot get authorization for a prescription even after the doctor has sent it in to them.
