Deer Ridge was formed to serve the needs of a rapidly expanding and diverse vacation market in the Mountains of Western North Carolina. Jim Kolisch, President and co-owner, has over 20 years of Property Management experience. Seeing a market niche that had not been filled Jim and his daughter, Kristy Harris, created Deer Ridge Property Management and the vacation home division in 2005. The foundation of the company is to provide complete guest and owner services, and total satisfaction with no surprises. The company's services have expanded to include three divisions: * Vacation Rental Homes * Long Term Rental Homes * Condominium and Homeowner Association Management Kristy Kolisch Harris is the vice president of operations and the Broker-in-charge of the company. Her background in marketing and communications has contributed greatly to our extensive marketing campaign for our rental homes.

We offer Rentals Homes and Property Management Services in beautiful Brevard, Connestee Falls and surrounding areas of Transylvania County. At Deer Ridge Vacation Rentals we offer affordable rates, exceptional value, and personal attention to detail for all your needs. We offer two types of rentals in our property management program. If you are unsure which section of properties meets your needs, please don't hesitate to contact our office (828) 862-8134. Vacation Rental Homes: These are homes which are fully furnished. The rental rates reflect all utilities included. They can be rented for as short of a term as three nights. Please see our frequently asked questions and vacation rental policies for more information on what is included with the rental of the home. Long Term Rental Homes: These are homes which are unfurnished. The rental rates reflect no utilities included. They can be rented for as short of a term as 6 months and up to one year.
