Delisha Moore, OD

Dr. David Hoyle is a primary care optometrist at eyecarecenter in Roanoke Rapids, NC. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Hoyle provides full-scope optometry services, including cataracts, comprehensive eye exams, diabetes eye exams, dry eye, and specialty contact lenses. He is currently accepting new patients in the Roanoke Rapids area.

Dr. Delisha Moore, a native of Roanoke Rapids, NC, earned her B.S. in Biology from East Carolina University and her Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 1995. She has been practicing at the Roanoke Rapids location since 1997.
