100% the staff is reason i come here!! I'm originally from New England, where Dunkin is top dawg! was hard transition to NC - a lot of the Dunkins down here are mediocre at best (not sure why...

Horrible service. Stood there for over 5 minutes being the only person in line and 3 workers chatting with each other before they helped me. Lots of flies in the donut case.

My experience here this morning was awful. First, the place needs so much love done to it. There are tears in the seats, the menu looks like it's 20 years old and the staff are just clueless....
