The Hook and Ladder is my favorite sub at Firehouse! The staff was very friendly and prepared my food with happy vibes!! The drink machine provided really good drinks. Every order came with a smile!

I never leave food reviews. But I am so bummed at my experience here. I've been getting the same sandwich (the Italian) for over 5 years now, at all different locations and in different states....
