Sales dude has no chops for dealing with peeps. They have no electric cars at the dealership, I'm told they're not worth it. The greeter at the front is a doll, however. Best thing about the place.

Don't take two hours for an oil change when i have had an appointment for 2 months. I purchased the car from flow. Expected service but not received. Lesson learned. Won't happen again.
