Hammerhead's Oyster Bar has been a Downtown Windsor, North Carolina favorite for many since 2002! Chef & current owner, Mitchell Spivey, bought the traditional oyster bar in 2012, in its 10th year of seasonal operation. Being a Traditional Eastern NC oyster bar, Hammerhead's was always in operation only during oyster season, or as they say around here,
