History

HMCR Massage and Wellness, began as a wellness company in 1993, with a focus on heart healthy workshops. Our interest in the science of the body grew, and after realizing we had the ability to do more, we expanded our knowledge to include focus on massage as well as wellness.

Specialties

Swedish Massage - Promotes relaxation, Alleviates pain and stiffness, Increases circulation. Deep Tissue - Decreases pain and stiffness, Relieves muscular spasms, Increases mobility and range of motion. Lymphatic Drainage - Encourage the natural drainage of the lymph nodes. Trigger Points Massage - Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. Hot Stone Massage - Realigns the flow of energy, balance body and mind, and melt away tension, creating a truly blissful experience. Muscle Balancing & Stretching - This program realigns muscle imbalances through specific exercises and movements. Energy Therapy - A non-invasive technique therapy that is an energy-based approach to health and wellness, restoring balance and harmonies in the bodies energy system. Three modalities are used; Bio-energy, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch.
