We offer one hour, one on one treatment for back and neck pain, Schroth and Postural Restoration scoliosis rehabilitation, pediatrics, geriatrics, balance disorders, pre and post operative treatment in a quiet, relaxed setting. We also offer specialized classes in Pilates and Tai Chi. Because we feel that establishing a relationship is important in the healing process, our sessions are longer than usual. We take time to listen to you and to treat you. We believe that understanding the underlying causes of pain or dysfunction enables the therapist to treat most effectively and enables you to make good self-management decisions. Our physical therapists have extensive experience in Postural Restoration, manual therapy techniques and specialized exercise progressions. We are committed to facilitating optimal function and well being during one on one treatment session.
