History

Karen knows how difficult it can be to transport a person to and from various appointments. When her father turned 70 years old he suffered a stroke. Consequently, he lost his speech, he was paralyzed on his entire right side, and became wheelchair bound. Her mother, became his care taker. Karen watched her once strong and strapping father dwindle down to 125 lbs., and her mother struggle daily lifting him in and out of his wheelchair, and vehicle. Karen realized there was a need for this service. After going to her parent's home to cut his hair and beard on a regular basis, his nurses and aides stated how nice it was that her parents had her. There were so many patients that requested this service and the aides couldn't preform this part of home health care. Karen's father has since passed away; however, she has decided to create a business that is geared towards making the lives of these people just a little easier by providing this in-home hair cutting service.
