Scammers, they failed my inspection for brakes and rotors that were damn near brand new. Took it to AAA down the road and passed with no issues

Predatory practice!!!! I just got my breaks replaced at a dealership and this Jiffy Lube wouldn't pass my inspection unless I bought brakes and rotors from them.
