Things have improved as far as efficiency. They have automated check-in now. The staff is very friendly and skways have smile and kind word to give. Dr. Pierre is very experienced and knowledgeable

Excessive wait time for scheduled appointments. The clinic seems to be about 1-2 hours behind, even for early morning appointments. Care is good, just seem understaffed.

Been going here for 15 years. Have met, and still see some of the nicest people in the world (staff/providers), however, if you can't start seeing your scheduled patients within a timely fashion...
