Shannon has over 25 years of financial services experience and has held key executive leadership and lending positions. She has called North Carolina home all her life and is an alumna of Mount Olive College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. As President of Business Strategy, Jack helps TowneBank meet its plans for rapid growth in North Carolina. Jack offers over four decades of financial services knowledge and experience to include sales, management, business relationship management, and risk management. He received his BS in Economics from Wake Forest University and earned his MBA in Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also studied at UBS in Switzerland, Duke University, and Harvard University. Jack has deep roots in the Triangle community and serves as chairman of the UNC-TV Board of Trustees for PBS North Carolina. Jack has previously served as chair of the WakeMed Board, Raleigh Chamber Board, Research Triangle Regional Partnership Board, and the NC Independent College Foundation Board.
