UPDATE-they never reached out again like they said they would but responded to this review. They responded and let me know they never make mistakes so it must be my fault that they made the cake...

Got a birthday cake for my daughter she's gluten free gluten makes her tummy hurt. The made a beautiful lemon cake that was delicious and moist. I will use them again.
