I would rate this 3 1/2 stars. The front desk person could be friendlier. The technicians are very good. The wait time wasn't extreme. The quick results are what I like.

Horrible wait time even with an appointment. And no way to get anyone on the phone to verify that doctors orders were sent. I will never use them again!
