Relax in a luxury vacation home hidden in the trees at Leatherwood Mountains of the Blue Ridge Mountains and wilderness horse country. These Blue Ridge Mountain luxury vacation homes of Leatherwood Mountains are near Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Leatherwood Mountains also has a full service Restaurant & Bar on site. Our Equine Center operates year round and conducts 1 and 2 hour horse back rides as well as private riding lessons. While you are here you can tube or Fly-Fish in the Beautiful Elk Creek, camp on the banks of our mountain stream, ride bikes through the meadow, play tennis or swim in the pool or relax under a starry sky.

Outstanding and absolutely beautiful resort. Cabins are extremely clean, management is very helpful. We love going to Leatherwood.
