Max's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

We are a Local family owned Authentic New York Style Stone Oven Pizza and Italian Restaurant. All our food is carefully prepared from scratch using only the freshest, all natural ingredients that are sourced both locally and imported. Our dough is made fresh daily using only ‘King Arthur” never bleached and never bromated flour and only “Stanislaus” vine-ripe tomatoes from California to make our pizza sauce and marinara. We exclusively use “Bacio” all-natural made from only milk and enzymes Italian premium traditional mozzarella cheese with a “kiss of buffalo milk” that is freshly grated daily on site. All of our pizza pies along with Stromboli and Calzones are hand tossed and baked to perfection in a ‘Marsal & Sons” brick oven. All items crafted right in the restaurant including meatballs, lasagna, manicotti, house-roasted Italian sausage, mozzarella sticks, variety of hot oven-baked subs, fresh salads and homemade desserts. We also host a defense selection of beer & wine in our bar
