Services offered by PIN include ; food, clothing, hygiene supplies, living necessities, medical care, and shelter. PIN has been serving the homeless of Virginia Beach Since June of 2002 when we served 12 sandwiches to 5 homeless people. PIN has grown over the 8 years not only in the number of people we serve, but also in quantity and quality of services provided.
