The sauces are very flavorful, there's not much meat in any of the (3) entrees I tried.

Here on vacation and ordered takeout. The shrimp with lobster sauce was excellent, along with the pupu platter and the sweet & sour chicken. Highly recommend Ming Hing.

Just moved here from CT. Had takeout the other day and was thrilled! Got my favorite chicken broccoli and garlic sauce "extra spicy" and it was perfect! Great steamed white rice too.
