The Pavilion Health Center, located on the beautiful campus of Brightmore of South Charlotte, provides a complete continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term living, skilled nursing care, outpatient therapy, hospice care, palliative care and respite care. When you arrive at The Pavilion in Charlotte, North Carolina, you are greeted by a clinical team who develops a person-centered care plan designed to help you regain skills and decrease the chance for readmission back to the hospital. You also have access to medical services that address secondary conditions for a complete treatment plan.
