Inconsistent pricing for the same nail service. The amount changed each month until it was pointed out from the printed "menu". Grinding off previous layer sometimes burned.

Kelsey is absolutely fantastic! She's been doing my nails for a couple of years and is wonderful. I would suggest making an appointment with her as she's quite busy.
